HALL Group announced Monday that construction has topped out on three new towers within HALL Park in Frisco.

The three towers include a 16-story, Class AAA office tower designed by HKS Architects; a 224-key boutique hotel designed by Merriman Anderson Architects; and a 19-story residential tower designed by WDG Architects.

The fresh development is part of the first phase, estimated at about $500 million, tied to the overall reimagining of the Hall Park campus masterplan. The new addition encompasses 1 million square feet and reflects a transformation of the 162 acres into a mixed-use community.

The new buildings surround a 5.7-acre park, Kaleidoscope Park, which is currently under construction.

“The development of this building, Kaleidoscope Park, and the neighboring towers under construction is a turning point in our long-term vision for HALL Park, transforming it from a singular office focus into a dynamic, urban-like, mixed-use community. I hope that a year from now, you will bring your family and friends by to show them what you built,” said Hall Group President Don Braun in a prepared statement.

Austin Commercial is the construction manager for both the hotel and office building, while Andres is the construction manager for the multifamily tower.

The three towers will additionally bring a mix of retail and restaurant space, among other amenities, for tenants, residents and guests and visitors to the area.

The three buildings are expected to be delivered by the end of 2023.
