We absolutely love living at the Monarch! When we initially toured this place with Ricky we knew it was the place for us. Everyone from the valet Bjorn to the concierge were so inviting and kind. Ricky was very personable and did a wonderful job showing us multiple units and all of the amenities The Monarch had to offer. The apartment and all common areas are absolutely beautiful!! My husband and I came back several times and had the pleasure of working with Candice. Wow, were we impressed. She is so knowledgeable and sweet! She answered every question we had and made us very comfortable with our decision to move to The Monarch. We have now been here for 3 weeks and the amazing service hasn’t stopped! We feel like we are living at a 5 star resort. Candice is still so kind and helpful with all of our questions. All of the concierge give impeccable service and always greet you by name and are willing to help you with anything you need. The maintenance team, not surprisingly, is awesome too! We would definitely recommend The Monarch to anyone looking to elevate and simplify their life.
