Just love this place. Royalty treatment 24/7 so many amenities, and comfort. Beautiful sunrise and sunset view. They have 1, 2, and 3 bedrooom apts. The gym is nicely equipped, towels and water. Coffee every morning in the club room, simply amazed by the staff, amenities, and comfort living. My heaven on earth.

We absolutely love living at the Monarch! When we initially toured this place with Ricky we knew it was the place for us. Everyone from the valet Bjorn to the concierge were so inviting and kind. Ricky was very personable and did a wonderful job showing us multiple units and all of the amenities The Monarch had to offer. The apartment and all common areas are absolutely beautiful!! My husband and I came back several times and had the pleasure of working with Candice. Wow, were we impressed. She is so knowledgeable and sweet! She answered every question we had and made us very comfortable with our decision to move to The Monarch. We have now been here for 3 weeks and the amazing service hasn’t stopped! We feel like we are living at a 5 star resort. Candice is still so kind and helpful with all of our questions. All of the concierge give impeccable service and always greet you by name and are willing to help you with anything you need. The maintenance team, not surprisingly, is awesome too! We would definitely recommend The Monarch to anyone looking to elevate and simplify their life.

In love with The Monarch HALL Park so far! I moved in around a week ago and the entire process from start to finish has been amazing. From the cleanliness of the environment to the concierge teams professionalism and attention to detail, I couldn’t ask for a better community to be a part of!

The Monarch team is so wonderfully nice. We have enjoyed our move-in, and getting to meet our new neighbors. We attended our first socialand met several great new friends.

Great property! We toured and signed a lease last weekend. Can’t wait to move in soon. Shoutout to Ricky! He was very friendly, professional, and quite patient answering my many questions. I’m sure we added to his “step count” as we walked all over the property and multiple visits to the amenity areas. Can’t wait to relax in our living area with an amazing view of Hall Park!
